It feels like just yesterday that we met in the back row of our government class and you made me guess your age and I never would have said 25, especially since I was 20 :) I am so honored to be your wife, to stand by your side, to hold your hand, to snuggle with you, to serve with you, to love the Lord with you, and to do life with you, thanks to learning about love and what do do when he pulls away to continue caring for him and loving him. I can’t even come up with words for how much I love, cherish, and adore you and especially how proud I am of you for all you’ve accomplished up until 30. I thank God everyday to have spent the last (almost) 5 years knowing and loving you, calling you mine, and discovering new mysteries in you each day. My story is far more beautiful with you in it. You are my whimsy. Thank you for choosing me, choosing to love me and challenging me to live a life loving like Jesus. Here’s to 30, you being 6 years older than me for 2 weeks till my birthday, growing old together, staying young at heart, always making life an adventure, and many more generation gap jokes and references you make that I’ll never understand.
